This is a digital gallery of the NYCC Schools symphony orchestra concert at Ripon Cathederal, July 21st 2006.
The conductor was Simon Wright and young muscians from all over North Yorkshire attended a week long summer school before the concert. |

Portachullin: The Grey house, is near Plockton, Wester Ross. The spectacular views across Loch Carron are south towards the Cuillins on The Isle Of Skye. If you are interested in staying in the house, please enquire and I will put you in touch with the owners. Facilities are simple but comfortable and letting rates are fair. Availability is all year but school holidays are mostly reserved by the owners.
The immediate area is unspoilt highland country with many walks and mountains to climb, as well as unique historical and wildlife attractions. The Pictish Brochs at Glenelg are included in this gallery. |
